Doesn't fit? Color clash? Just not quite what you thought it would be?
Not a problem!
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply email us at customerservice@genderbiasclothing.com to request a Return Authorization. We will then email your Return Authorization along with the shipping label. Please print out both the Return Authorization and label. Include the Return Authorization in your package and affix the label to the outside of the package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box, and send back to us using an insured service to the provided address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). |
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at genderbiasclothing.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from genderbiasclothing.com. |
